• Manage Unit Linked process / work flow
• Monitor processes to support all parties to improve the efficiency and to be achieved AD target
Service Quality Management
• Control service sales support and quality management for (Unit Linked)
• Deep dive with the team to process all related sales support activities (policy management, Sales system such as FWD Smart for UL product and others related operations) are performed smoothly.
• Responsible to get selling process done smoothly (follow-up Medical check-up result for Unit Linked products with Partner /Broker and /or customers themself or making an appointment with customers for health check as per requested by underwriters might be required)
• Work closely with AD Sales team and external partners to understand situation and problems as well as dealing with / solving any obstacles to make process run smoothly.
• Monitor all Sales Support workflow processes for both internal and external for all AD support process Unit Linked business as well as initiating new ways to improve the efficiency and to be achieved AD target.
• Experience in UAT system of sales tool and ensure adequacy in meeting requirements with Sales team & IT Team for system deployment of FWD Smart Plus and/or others system required.
• Provide suggestion about IT configuration and share expertise to create scenario for testing IT system smoothly.
• Operation & Sales tool knowledge sharing with new UL Sales with UL Sales Monthly meeting and any part to be concern.
• Develop Sales Manual, keep updating and effectively communicate to UL AD sales team.
