Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing

Job Summary

  • Implement and execute an effective digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic
  • Prepare an annual marketing plan and budget in supportive of overall business objectives
  • Handling Chiva-Som’s CRM
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research
  • Coordinate with cross functional team for content development. Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy to ensure content is search engine friendly
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online marketing channels
  • Provide tracking, performance analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitor’s digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Responsible for website reconstruction planning and execution
  • Management, scheduling posts and analyzing of social media channels
  • Responsible for updating content on website
  • Responsible for uploading articles on blog
  • Management of Chiva-Som’s monthly e-newsletter and blasting to database

General Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute an effective digital marketing strategy to optimize online presence and conversion through digital platforms including PPC, display advertising, retargeting and email marketing
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies, identify trends and changes in the digital media environment to optimize spend and performance of future campaigns
  • Optimize hotel presence on approved distribution channels. Conduct regular research on various online platforms to monitor rates parity and trouble shoot performance issues to rectify parity

Key Qualification     

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing especially in Digital Marketing, revenue/ financial evaluation and statistics with tech platform
  • Analytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions
  • Strong knowledge in hotel and hospitality business**
  • Experience in new opening hotel / resort is preferable
  • Communicable in English and comfortable with international environment
  • Good time- management critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
