Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Operational Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily administrative tasks, e.g., invoicing, issuance of contracts, etc.
  • Ensure that all related files are maintained and in order.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, verifying as necessary and passing on messages or taking appropriate action.
  • Provide proposals for enquiries received, communicating with the resort team as necessary.
  • Provide reports, e.g., daily occupancy, monthly market performance, etc.
  • Analyse data as requested, e.g., guest trends.
  • Maintain and manage departmental stock.
  • Prepare sales kits, brochures, etc., for sales calls, promotional events, media visits, etc.
  • Support the department in the planning, organisation and coordination of promotional trips and sales calls.
  • Coordinate FAM trips and inspections for sales partners.
  • Communicate with other departments, both corporate and resort, as required, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take responsibility for departmental monthly business plan updates.
  • Assist the sales team with any assigned sales, marketing and PR activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental business planning.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining departmental budget effectively.
  • Manage all related administration and reporting as required.
