Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive/เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารการขาย

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage key account in order to ensure the organization's sales volume and profitability objectives are met as the target assignment, including the payment of project completed for delivery to company
  • Provide regular monthly and yearly sales report to manager and director
  • Develop and build good working relationship with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention and identify the business opportunities for good project approach
  • Understand and resolve customer's requirement details and find out the solutions for all of customers problem list by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and follow up to clear the jobs for ensure that all projects can be completed, including the summary for the technical issues and all topics which related to win the project for update to manager and sales team
  • Help sales team on day to day problem-solving in all aspects related to their works
  • Work and learn all products and process for approach to the key account aligned with the company's policies, including research, analyze, and develop new opportunities with existing clients and seek new customers to achieve sales target as assignment and follow up to smoothly their jobs
  • Recommend changes and develop in selling products, tools, materials, and services for sales team's improvement
  • Report directly to "Sales Manager"

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a sales professional
  • Good command in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Good computer skill, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
