- Production planning (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) for Domestics and Export sale and try to get the full capacity
- Shipment planning as of production capacity and customer requirement.
- Packaging / Meat / Ingredient plan & update - To control order plan and production plan to use the packaging and ingredient to avoid shortage & over stock / dead stock and review how to use the
non-movement stock for the product to save the cost of holding.
- Inventory control- to review / update product inventory management with management team for both cooked and raw product.
- Product offering to customer - be able to offer existing/new product to customer as production capacity till product availability to increase sale and reduce inventory.
- Prepare Materials for Batch testing and new product development
- Re-check those slow selling items and product with low selling price, to develop into a product with better value.
- Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations.
- Any job assigned by the management related to work when necessary, including other activities and function organize by the company.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical / Food Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the Food Manufacturer or related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager Specializing in Planning, Production Control, Material Control.
- Customer Focus, Leadership skills, Supervisory skills, Problematic solving skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with good command in written and spoken English.
- Able to travel to multi-location (Samutprakarn, Pathumthani, Srakeaw.
