1)Being responsible for overall compensation and benefits and assisting in the running of day-to-day operations and ensure all employee’s compensation & benefit scheme to be applied properly.
2)Evaluate, implement and manage the compensation, incentive program, benefits plan, allowance and relevant.
3)Conduct analysis of compensation data to support the projects within company.
4)Manage job evaluation and salary classification and advise the line Manager any salary issues including propose offer package for hiring, promotion, salary adjust etc.
5)Handle for performance management process, merit increase planning process and bonus calculation.
6)Coordinate and work with Finance team for provide monthly payroll cost charge, annual HR cost & budget or HR related data to facilitate on labor cost or budget.
7)Operate and ensure the monthly payroll is properly managed and maintained correctly and completed on time including completing payroll related closing reports.
8)Handle & Administrate Temporary outsourcing group by working with outsourcing agency
1)Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, or statistics background is preferable.
2) Minimum of 5 years experiences in Compensation & Benefits duties in a multinational organization
3)Experience in implement or managing HR Information Systems
4) Proactive,Result Driven, Detail Oriented and Business Acumen
5) Strong inter personal skill
6) Proficiency in English and Excel Formula
