ABB Thailand currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join their Electrification business, where you will be responsible for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business, in addition to having country accountability. As the country oversight lead you will be an integral member of and trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and ensure that cross-business, all fiduciary Human Resources requirements are duly met and complied with. Your responsibilities
Supporting business leaders to define the long-term business objectives and developing the strategic HR priorities.
Driving high performance in business, in line with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets.
Facilitating the Talent Management program including talent identification, development plans/activities and succession planning.
Providing advice to leaders on change management interventions that assist the business achieve its goals including culture change initiatives, business transformation, organization redesign.
Managing processes based on Group guidance and local HR policy. Overseeing implementation of all HR processes including workforce planning, organization management.
Guiding and overseeing employee relations activities to enhance employee engagement. Ensuring all activities comply with legislation and ethical standards.
Ensuring cross business communication, especially in critical situations and that country demand needs are represented across all pillars
Representing HR in the wider business, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing support and guidance in HR matters.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Strong demonstrable HR Leadership experience.
Sound knowledge of HR practices and methodologies. Knowledge of HRIS and SAP will be an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
