Sales Manager/Sales Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Response to all inquiries from customers
  • Coordinate with factory and engineer in details for customer's requirement.
  • Provide quotation and sales condition to customers.
  • Visit and support customers
  • Work with the financial department for the credit term for each customer.
  • To coach and guide the algorithm performance solution that is correct and suitable for subordinates. 
  • To control teamwork, and making evaluation coordinating with related department to ensure the quality of work and reporting to management. 
  • To establish quality assurance procedures and the implementation of modern techniques to improve the quality of work. 
  • To close follow up all of the assignment with determination, diligence, patience, honesty, trustworthy, and full capacity to meet the quantity and quality requirement.

 Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • More than 5 Years of Refrigeration and fabrication sale.  
  • English is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • Safety Management Level, Teamwork, Leadership Development
  • Ability to solve problems and make the decision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work under pressure.
