Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

• Overseeing the full life cycle of the domestic and international selecting & recruiting process
for TOA Group of Companies for our business expansion & rapidly growth .
• Working with top management and other executives in the organization to provide valuable
insight on growing industry trends regarding jobs, salaries and other topics related to human
resources.
• Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and costeffective manner.
• Having a passion for social media. Providing leadership and innovative solutions for improving the recruiting process from all points of view.
• Sharing best practice and developing recruitment team knowledge and skills, as well as
implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization's policies and
goals.
• Filling job openings can involve using outside recruiting agencies, scheduling staff for job
fairs and college career fairs, as well as selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and
implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.
• Having a passion for networking and building long-term relationships. Working closely with
HR business partner team to ensure quality of services provided to new and current employees.

Job Specification:

  • Male / Female with Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Organization Development or related fields
  • 8-10 years experience in recruitment function.
  • Passionate, Energetic, Confident and Committed to deliver results
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good coordinate and team player and work well under pressure
  • Possess "can do" attitude, People oriented person with service mind
  • Good communication, coordination and presentation skills
  • Flexible and multi tasking, hard working, ability to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities
  • Ability to commute to TOA Bangna Km.23

Working Condition:-

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hour: 08.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m.
  • Office location : TOA Bangna k.m. 23
