Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts in both Thai and English
• Provide the corporate secretarial work
• Support the corporate compliance for the group of companies
• Investigate and interpret existing and new legislation and be able to advise Board, Executives, and internal departments to ensure the alignment of regulatory compliance
• Contact related governmental agencies and other subordinate units in relation to automotive business
• Manage the consumer protection issues raised by the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB)
• Contact governmental agencies and other subordinate units related to automotive;
• Pre-litigation and manage external litigator for the Court Case
