Customer Development Executive (CRM-Loyalty Program)/เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า
Jobs Tasks; 1) Take care of 'Focus' Customers as the first priority for day-to-day operation 2) Process the campaign and monitor the progress of the particular campaign and report to the Marketing Manager in monthly, quarterly, and annually 3) Partnership / Alliance Management for serving the 'Loyalty Program' 4) Planning and delivering CRM strategies across business functions seamlessly in order to retain existing 'Loyalty Customers ' 5) Customer Data Analysing, updating customer information in the CRM database at all times, and preparing action plans of customer development 6) Monthly, Quarterly and Annually proposal preparing for Customer Development Campaigns 7) Co-ordinate with all functions to organize the Monthly essential document for focused customer (E-Magazine/ Summary of cum. order value, etc.) 8) Coordinate with Sales Team to support customer requirement smoothly.
Job Specifications: 1) Age: 25-30 years old Female is preferable (but male is also considerable) 2) Bachelor Degree in Business Related field or equivalent operational experience is required. 3) Experience in customer relations and training would be beneficial. 4) At least 3 years of relevant work experience in CRM or CRM Analysis and Planning, especially in B2B business 5) Well – Disciplined, High attention to detail, Customer-Oriented attitude, Strong communication skill 6) In-depth knowledge of best practices, tools, and methodologies for marketing insights and analytics 7) Good in MS Office Computer Literate 8) Good communication skills in both English and Thai. (TOEIC > 600)
