• Deliver or exceed business objectives for the sales function.
• Responsible for managing all teams and activities within the company.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing target strategies, and master account management strategies.
• Build customer satisfaction , solve the problem and build a strong brand through the selling point.
• Budgeting, planning and control also create sales activities and operations that are most effective.

• Overall stock control and effective inventory size for new and used items.
• Market survey, update information and monitor market situation.
• Responsible for price estimation, price estimation, cost pricing, adjustment, and inventory management.

• Participate in board meetings and networking closely with MD.
• Lead teams and motivate employees to achieve goals.
• Ensure that all administrative support for sales is effective.

• Profit and loss calculation for business analysis.
• Negotiate with customers for export business.
• Inspect and control inventory sales planning
• Marketing Plan and create promotional materials to support marketing activities.
• Coordinate and Control for 5S and ISO System
• responsible for the success of the sales plan
• Coordinate with the exporting company to control the delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• Age between 40-50 years
• Good communication skills in English
• Fluent communication and strategic thinking
• At least 5 years of marketing or planing experience
• Experience in sales and marketing in the Forklift industrial
• Good communication and presentation skills with leading orientation
