The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups. Train recruitment workflows and communication skills to ensure they can start working quickly and effectively.
  • Design, summarize, and continuously enhance learning materials based on feedback and recruiters’ performance.
  • Process training evaluation and track their performance after training to measure success.
  • Simplify complex recruitment SOPs into clear, concise,  user-friendly and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • 3-5 years experience in Training. (having a background in Recruitment or HR Training is a plus).
  • Proficiency in online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), modern instructional design tools, and recruitment sourcing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable managing and training large groups online.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, open-minded and adaptable.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work onsite at assigned locations when needed.
