Role Overview :
The R&D Assistant will play a vital role in developing and improving innovative products within our jelly and beverage categories. The role requires hands-on laboratory and pilot plant experience, knowledge of food science, and strong problem-solving skills to support product launches and ensure quality, safety, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation, testing, and development of new products in jelly, gummies, and beverages.

• Conduct laboratory trials, shelf-life studies, and stability testing.

• Support the scale-up process from lab to pilot and production line.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory) to ensure projects meet timeline, cost, and quality standards.

• Research new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to inspire innovation.

• Maintain accurate documentation, test reports, and samples for product development.

• Provide technical support during production trials and troubleshooting.
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in R&D within the jelly, gummy, or beverage industry.

• Strong understanding of functional ingredients, hydrocolloids, sweeteners, and flavor systems.

• Experience in pilot trials, scale-up, and industrial production processes.

• Knowledge of food regulations and safety standards (Thai FDA experience preferred).

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, innovative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
