Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process & talent hiring pipeline (internship & part time).
  • Manage secretarial activities for Business Director.
  • Assist in AR and AP, including data entry into accounting system.
  • Assist HR activities (stationary, snacks, office equipment requisition).
  • Manage company daily attendance.
  • Assist in company event and team building events.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in human resource and/or recruitment related role.
  • Must have experience in range of office administrative role.
  • Strong attention to details and pleasant personality.
  • Good attitude with high positive energy.
  • Must love to work in high growth startup environment.
  • Required skill(s): recruitment, general HR, general administration.
  • Good spoken English and writing is required.
