Assistant Manager - Agency Audit, Budget and Quality Management

Job Description:

Budgets Support

  • Responsible for providing support to the annual budgeting process, working with Sale Co, functional managers to ensure the guidelines met.
  • Audit and cost efficiency to Support and control all budget and expense with management’s policy to Stimulate production as company goal.
  • Monitoring Sales Co. budget to work correctly and under budget as planned.
  • Give advice and solving problem to team member

Management & Communication Support

  • Give information for team sales co. to attend activities to achieve on time.
  • Auditing and consulting to Sale Co. team to work smoothly and efficiency.
  • Development system to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Document system

Business Support

  • To organization of Agency meetings and Sales Co meetings
  • Operations Support for Sales Co Team
  • Prepare/ Manage IT equipment for sales Co team

Analysis and Summary Report

  • Activity, Travel report of Sales Support / Sales Co Team and OT report.
  • Etc. Report by request

Agency Risk and Quality Control

  • Co-ordinate with Risk Management team, Physical Security & Operation Resilience team, and Internal Audit team to review on which sales process or working processes that are not working as they should and find out solution to improve process according to the recommendations.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales management team, Sales Co, and distributors to educate and follow up on recommended actions to reduce the risk.
  • Create operation manual, GA management guideline for distributor to standardize working process.
  • Prepare progress report for Management

Ad hoc Project

  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of Sales Support
  • Update relating regulations to Management and relevant teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an audit/compliance related field in financial services preferably Insurance
  • Good computer skill in MS office.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Be able to travel across Thailand including upcountry
  • Capable to analyze, strategy planning, budget and activity management in efficiency way
  • Have leadership skill, excellent in communication, interpersonal skill
  • Good knowledge agency compensation and structure
  • Understanding of Sales process and Sales behavior
  • Life Insurance Knowledge and Product Knowledge
  • Good Relationship and communication skill
