SHEQ - Offsite Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES    
     A.    TRAINING AND MEETING    

  • Orientation newcomer as per the company regulations and other related legal or requirements, including the safety brief regulation for sub-contractor/outsocrce.    
  • SHEQ training in compliance with the operational requirement,   SHEQ master plan and legal/other requirements to all KNS staffs    
  • Weekly Safety/Quality talk to operation team and other party upon requested    
  • SHEQ monthly meeting
  • Weekly CIP & Daily Operation planning presentation of SHEQ observation/audit/NC result, and other operational meeting if required         

     B.    AUDIT/INSPECTION    

  • Daily Mini Audit/BBS Observation and NC report register in standard temple and close, to ensure that the operation is compliance with company requirements    
  • Sub-contractor's equipment, machine, roller-equipment inspection to ensure that equipment is in good condition before operatiing    
  • Issue, close and register Safety incident report for every non-conformance, near-miss and accident that happened and communicate to concern party    
  • To be leader in accident investigating process and reporting to government if required.    
  • Surprise audit in long holiday/week end or night shift in according to requirement         

     C.    OPERATION    

  • Ensure that PPE is appropriate and efficiency provides to work floor in according to operational activity including monthly PPE request and issue in timeframe    
  • Monthly inspection of Fire Extinguisher (FT and Building) and Fire Equipment to ensure that fire equipment is good condition    
  • Approve work permit and ensure that working activity is in control condition    
  • Waste collector (General and Hazard) monitoring and recording included waste collection manifest in regular period    
  • Monitor and follow up of site's safety performance to achieving the zero campaign target and other company campaign including the award proposal is achieved    
  • Arrange the safety day activity in according to timeframe    
  • To motivation all KNS staffs in term of safety concern by safety day activity or other related acitvity   
  • Performing risk assessment and environment aspect for new operation/activity and yearly review to ensure that all activitys are controlling    
  • Pre-task analysis performing to non-routine job and re-packing process    
  • Determine the risk factors in environmental monitoring and medical check-up    
  • Yearly basis of Risk Assessment,   WI (TOP 3 Risk Assessment), Environmental Aspect and VISOP review
  • Emergency response
  • Monitor and control security performance in compliance with company regulation
  • Ensure that hazardous material have been controlled and managed in according to Hazard structor or quideline.     

     D.    QUALITY    

  • To ensure that the quality requirement is maintained and follow up in work floor    
  • Coordinate with all concern parties to investigate the complaint.         

     E.    OTHERS

  • Other tasks assigned by superior or entitled by an agreement    

     AUTHORITIES (e,g. SIGNING, VOUCHERS, INDENTS, PERMITS, Etc.)    
     Signing of job related documents only    
     
     INTERACTIONS - INTERNAL Dept./Sec. and/or OUTSIDE AGENCIES ( e,g. GOVERNMENT, SUPPLIER, CUSTOMER, Etc. )    
     KNS including On-site or company in the group as assignment from the superior    
     Other parties as assigned by SHEQ Manager        

BASIC SPECIFICATIONS (IF NECESSARY)    

  • Age    :  Over 25 years    
  • Sex    :  Either Male or Female    
  • Nationality     : Thai         
  • Citizenship     : Thai         
  • Religion    :  Not specified    
  • Military    :  Exempted         

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (IF NECESSARY)    

  • Education    :     Bachelor degree in any related field or below.    
  • Special education    :     ISO 14001,OHSAS18001, ISO 9001 and other standard or requiments of GMP, Hygiene or HALAL (safety certificate not neceesary but will valuable)    
  • Computer    :     Microsoft office    
  • Experience    :     At least 2 years in safety management practice in factory.    
  • Language    :     English and Thai, spoken and written.
