Revenue and Funnel Management Manager (RFM)/ Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate sales and market data, reports, forecast, and identify specific issues and opportunities related to sales strategy and provide recommendation to let senior management to take appropriate actions.
  • Develop the process and mechanism on the sales funnel management to able to measure the sales performance and business intelligence to senior management
  • Support the sales target setting and provide the active management for the sales target against their actual sales performance
  • Calculate sales incentive to each business unit in each level.
  • Provide business intelligence report to senior management for the revenue management opportunities
  • Being the custody for the Master file for control including all of the ERP system master file. Regular review and define the definition of each field.
  • Working on due diligence for the new customers and be the gateway for the credit control for the customer based on the group policy rule
  • Responsible for reviewing all the principal agreement and customer contract, to identify and address risk and find ways to mitigate the clause that have high risks to align with group policy
  • Conduct the pricing and margin analysis and help the product and sales team to determine the pricing strategy by different customer segment. Assist the Department head in the daily banking requirements and coordinate with bank for related purpose.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities
  • Responds to inquiries from Department head regarding financial results, special reporting requests and other assignment.
  • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Good service mind, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skill required.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both of Thai and English.

Qualifications and Experience required 

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in business administration, finance, or engineering are preferred, but other areas are acceptable 
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience is required, preferably in commercial and data analysis area 
  • Must possess good communication skills in Thai and be fluent in English (Writing, reading, and public speaking) 
  • Excellent excel skill including Macro, pivot table and data analysis 
  • Self-Motivated, highly responsible and deliver the result on time
