MAIN DUTIES

We are looking for someone with excellent strong sales, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well as individually and as a part of a team.

The role of the Bangkok Sales Rep is to grow the craft beers market and maximise sales by developing the brands as well as customer relationships. The role will be Bangkok based.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Grow sales of craft beers in the On Premise by targeting & gaining new accounts.
  • Follows clear targets (KPI’s) to execute volume growth, no. of active customers
  • Effectively plans ahead and has exceptional time management.
  • Actively builds and maintains network with customers
  • Utilizes tools and sales tactics to drive growth with enthusiasm and integrity
  • Work together with our back office team to ensure smooth delivery to fulfill all consumers' thirst.
  • Support with events, training and marketing activities

SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of the local On Premise industry. 

  • Strong administrative skills and highly organized. 

  • Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills. 

  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen. 

  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

  • Attitude to continuous learning and application of best practices. 

  • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results. 

  • Previous experience in any On Premise field sales environment is a plus. 

  • Fluent in Thai, with a good understanding of English. 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Thai nationality only
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Passionate about beer and the hospitality scene. 

  • Minimum 1-year sales experience in the drinks industry is preferable but not essential. 

  • Proven track record of working independently and delivering results; is self-motivated, and able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness. 

  • Evidence of an entrepreneurial ’can do’ attitude. 

  • Strong team player and results-focused. 

  • Strong communication skills at all levels. 

  • Out going and has positive minded.
