Marketing Communication Director (Music Business)

Role and Responsibility:

  • Develop Marketing Communication Plan ( IMC / Online / Offline / On-Ground ) to promote Music / Artist for new song release by utilizing paid /earned media channels.
  • Implement and optimize plan as set
  • Drive asset utilization and promote in all online channels.
  • Create strategies to promote Music / Artist to make it HIT in the market.
  • Supervise and coach team to operate all plans effectively with efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years in Marketing Communication .
  • Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
  • Board and deep dive knowledge of Digital and Social Media, especially online Advertising, YouTube, Facebook, LINE and Website.
  • Solid knowledge of website/social media analytics tools and Social Media Insight Data Analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, YouTube Insight, etc.)
  • Experience developing strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
  • Deep understanding of the complex and constantly evolving Digital/traditional media landscape, including the product, technology and device side of it, and an associated network of contacts across the industry.
