About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to support end-to-end hiring activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and timely hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on relevant recruitment channels.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Conduct reference checks and support offer management activities.

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
