Quality Manager
Responsibilities:

Customers Quality
  • Coordinate with functional teams to solve customer complaints via good quality of 8D report and timely response.
  • Ensure customer quality performance are well tracked, monitored, and reported and continuous driving improvement of customer quality.
  • Drive implementation of best practices from customer feedback, input, visits, audits a cross all products where applicable.
Incoming Quality/Supplier quality
  • Coordinate with team in BKK/Switzerland, and supplier to response to supplier quality issue that would impact manufacturing metrics; cost, delivery, quality.
  • Effective manage SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request); issue SCAR to supplier with valid/sufficient information, follow up SCAR closer plans, and follow up continuous improvement to improve incoming/supplier quality.
Quality System Management
  • Perform regular internal audits to ensure factory is able to maintain good level of quality standard and system.
  • Lead team in preparation of various certifications that are unique for products with supporting from Switzerland as necessary.
Manufacturing Quality Control
  • Participate in key changes management to ensure change processes are well followed, documented, tracked, and appropriately communicated to relevance parties.
  • Ensure various quality/process control/improvement tools are well established, consistency used in production areas, and provide training program for team to be able to use the tools effectively; SPC, 8D, FMEA, PCP.
Documentation control
  • Control documents use in manufacturing processes are approved document according to standard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration or other Engineering fields.
  • At least 10 years’ experiences in the quality engineering functions with minimum 3 years in management level.
  • Experiences of QMS, ISO, Auditing in Electronic components manufacturing operation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable in various quality systems/certification such as quality management, quality system standard, QC tools, production control, 8D Report, SPC concept, technical knowledge, Improvement tools.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills both Thai and English.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).
