HR Manager (DHL eCommerce Solutions Thailand)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the regional strategic HR Business Partner Role for all functions heads and senior management teams in Thailand
  • Drive effective change management related to all issues with startup businesses (Ex: acquisitions, leadership team changes, regulatory changes, stress environments with stiff and changing targets, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in design, implementation and adherence of HR policies and standards across all countries in SEA
  • Ensure HR performance in terms of cost and quality effectiveness based on business expectations
  • Drive the development of HR teams across the region
  • Define and ensure implementation of sub- divisional HR strategy & HR targets for DHL eCommerce Solutions to support business growth plans / strategy 2020
  • Along with divisional global HR Business Partners, drive partnership with Business Division CEOs, design and agree on HR plans which are aligned with business performance drivers and are measurable in terms of cost and quality effectiveness
  • Ensure HR services, policies and processes are aligned according to business needs
  • Ensure HR transparency to business for effective decision making through customized HR KPI scorecards
  • Align local HR Strategies & Initiatives with global Strategic Priorities
  • Collaborate with Country HR Heads to ensure consistent HR operations and performance across locations
  • Act as the highest escalation point for country / regional HR issues
  • Protect DHL eCommerce Solution’s position as an employer e.g. competitor activity around Reward and Benefits and ensure DHL eCommerce Solutions is seen as a competitive and attractive employer
  • Act as a role model for the HR function as a whole and drive and support standardization of processes / systems in HR
  • Work in partnership with CoEs and Shared Services providing appropriate input on business priorities enabling them to focus on output based on business needs
  • Advise, challenge, coach and support Top Leadership in their role on HR issues
  • Drive workforce planning at a business level to ensure availability of right talent and at the right time
  • Analyze trends across the business locations to manage resource forecasting and planning
  • Ensure effective talent management enabling retention and development of employees in line with corporate strategy and business needs
  • Ensure design and delivery of total reward strategy in line with corporate strategy and business needs
  • Manage all Labor Relations (on European level) and Industrial Relations topics by maintaining effective relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify trends in IR/ER issues and direct design of appropriate solutions
  • Represent eCommerce Solutions in the DP DHL Forum and IR Forum
  • Build knowledge base of lessons learnt on HR issues from successful and unsuccessful initiatives across countries
  • Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement them
  • Drive EOS and employee engagement processes in all regions
  • Lead change with respect to people impact as a result of business changes

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related filed
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in various HR related Topics; special knowledge and experience in international HR Management
  • Strong understanding of IR / ER
  • Broad understanding / experience with HR Information Systems
  • Strong international experience, with proven ability to manage within a global context, with virtual teams and across many countries and cultural settings
  • HR / Labour Law knowledge
  • Fluent command of English
