Key Account Manager

 

Key responsibilities

  • Developing current partner relationships as part of the business pipeline
  • Acquiring new potential partners with strategic move
  • Planning products and campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Achieving revenue target for company
  • Acting as the key contact for partners for every requirement
  • Reviewing resources (Marketing, IT, Data etc) and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the projects
  • Forming strong relationships with partners and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
  • Analysing the success of partner campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence
  • Reconciling revenue and co-ordinate with accounting & finance dept for invoicing

 

Key skills

  • Background in commercial management working on campaign planning, marketing plan and data analysis
  • Strong negotiation skill with large partners
  • Technical understanding of CRM system is preferred but not necessary
  • Evidence of working with Agile project management methodologies
  • Multi-tasker
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital projects
  • Strategic thinking and innovative approach

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 4-5 years Background with commercial management, sales & marketing, partnership management and e-commerce
  • Can do attitude
  • Adapt to changes
