Role will be based in Rojana Plant

Main Purpose

·       Day to day execute machine utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality and services

·       Conduct foreman and technician team to achieve day to day operation target

·       Monitoring inventory and cost control for technical store (SAP)

·       Weekly report for process performance and breakdown analysis

·       Manage and review PM Job and Calibration (SAP)

Accountability

·       Day to day execute effective Packaging Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply. 

·       Day to day execute   the service level of Packaging maintenance improvement program. 

·       Day to day execute maintenance for food safety program in Packaging engineering. 

·       Generate weekly report  - Packaging engineering 

·       Support related CAPEX within budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope. 

·       Support continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target. 

·       Support MESS and LOTO program 

·       Support EHS system and ISO systems 

·       Support Packaging IPS Audit program. 

·       Control Variance inventory spare part per monthly and Quarterly. 

·       Control stock level (MAX-MIN) for support maintenance and Production 

·       Day to day Control Issue inventory (Spare part) and non-inventory (Expenses)  

·       Day to day Control receiving Inventory (Spare part) and non-inventory (Expenses) 

·       Day to day control purchase request inventory and non-inventory 

·       Day to day execute effective Packaging Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply. 

·       Day to day execute   the service level of Process & Packaging maintenance improvement program. 

·       Day to day execute maintenance for food safety program in Process & Packaging engineering. 

·       Generate weekly report  - Process & Packaging  engineering 

·       Support related CAPEX within budget plan as well as delivers all the projects on time and within scope.

·       Comply with all company rules, regulations, and policies, including the Code of Conduct (CoC/GCS), PepsiCo Values (The PepsiCo Way/PI Values), Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and AIB), Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems (GEHSMS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Recon), Social and Labor Responsibility Policies, as well as other applicable company standards and management systems. 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering fields

·       Minimum 3 years experiences in engineering field at manufacturing 

·       Good computer literature in Microsoft office. 

·       Good in Thai and English communication (writing, reading and speaking) 

·       Has experiences in Food industry, FMCG is preferable. 

·       Experiences in SAP execution is preferable 

·       Experience in WWTP food factory. 

·       Experience in project management.
