HRM Manager/ผู้จัดการแผนกบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล

Job Purpose:

  • To develop human resource plans and procedures that relate to company's HR policy.
  • To plan, organize and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • To develop HR Department goals, objectives and systems.
  • To support management by providing HR advice, decisions, analysing information and solutions.



  • Manage and monitor compensation and benefits.
  • Manage and monitor performance management and reward.
  • Manage and monitor employee disciplinary & labour law.
  • Manage and control HR budget.
  • Provide proactive HR services and consultation to business units int the group of companies.
  • Design strategic plan for HR function to support line manager.
  • Collaborate with line manager to identify job descriptions for vacancies, source and pre-screen suitable candidates, including arranging them with the line manager.
  • Manage HR team.
  • Directly report to HR Director.



  • Male/Female with Thai nationality.
  • Age between 38 - 45 years old.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Management or related field. 
  • Proficiency in computers, HRIS, with good knowledge of MS Office packages, HR program and software, including excellent Excel skills are essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development and Organization Development.
  • At least 5 years in management level.
