Our client is a public listed company sells foods and beverages through restaurants nationwide. 

Experience from CDR, QSR, FMCG, or any related industries in the Marketing field. Conduct market research, produce promotional materials and analyze sales data.

  

Brand Manager - CDR

  • Identify and execute local store marketing strategy with a goal to increase sales by specific store platform/segment or region.
  • Develop effective partnership strategy to synergize the power of brands to deliver the benefits to customers.
  • Develop the yearly local marketing plan and revise quarterly and on-demand based on business needs.
  • Provide strategic and practical advice to boost our company's marketing efforts.
  • Formulate and implement strategic campaigns with the goal to increase sales.
  • Provide competitor analysis on various companies' market offerings (local store marketing) by identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  • Design, implement and evaluate marketing strategy for local store marketing according to business objective and budget.
  • Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management.
  • Carry out any other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

 

Brand Manager - Delivery Service

  • The goal is to ensure that the home delivery, campaigns engage with our customers and outperform the competition and find new channel opportunity that will be beneficial to the company.
  • Identify and execute home delivery strategy with a goal to increase sales.
  • Capture home delivery market and strengthen brand by creating products, promotions, and services that meet customer demand.
  • Provide competitor analysis on various companies’ market offerings (home delivery) by identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  • Develop and communicate marketing activities with Call Center team with the goal to achieve sales target.
  • Provide strategic and practical advice to boost our company’s marketing efforts.
  • Design, implement and evaluate the strategy for home delivery according to business objective and budget.
  • Analyze customer purchasing behavior and integrate findings into the development of an annual marketing plan and campaign calendar.
  • Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management.
  • Carry out any other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in CDR, QSR, FMCG, or any related industries in the Marketing field.
  • Good background in advertising/creative work judgment
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail business or Advertising Agency
  • Excellent communicator
  • Enthusiasm and ready to make a difference
  • Hard working and open minded
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Fluent in English and Thai
