Group Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (FMCG)

Location:           

Based in Bangkok, Thailand

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales and productivity targets and manage the overall performance and development of the key account team.
  • Develop and effectively implement strategies and action plans to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasting activities, formulate yearly budgets, customer plans and trading terms.
  • Manage expenses and credits within budget volume.
  • Conduct competitor intelligence, perform regulator business reviews, be aware of market activities and react to challenges.
  • Lead the team in developing & implementing in-store excellence through promotions and POP plans to maximize distribution, pricing and growth opportunities.
  • Formulate and conduct business presentations and post-promotion evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality with Bachelor degree or Master degree in Marketing or related area
  • 8-10 years of Modern Trade Sales Experience in FMCG
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and organizing skills
  • Result oriented with execution excellence
  • Proactive and has can-do attituds
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English
