About the role

Responsible for driving advertising sales and managing client relationships by understanding clients' business objectives and delivering effective media, advertising, and influencer marketing solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building long-term partnerships with brands while ensuring successful campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development across media, advertising, and influencer marketing to achieve revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and brands while acquiring new clients to support long-term partnerships.

• Analyze clients' marketing objectives and develop strategic media and influencer marketing solutions aligned with business goals.

• Lead the development and presentation of client proposals, including campaign strategy, influencer/KOL selection, timelines, and budget planning.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign planning, execution, and delivery.

• Manage client communications and negotiations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining accurate campaign documentation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, influencer marketing, or a related industry.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the digital media, advertising, and influencer marketing landscape.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and the influencer/KOL ecosystem.

• Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new client opportunities.

• Knowledge of advertising regulations and influencer marketing compliance standards.

• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
