We are looking for a qualified, well rounded HR/Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for handling both HR functions as well as office administrative functions.  Candidate should be flexible and willing to work for a start-up venture.

  • Recruitment
  • Payroll management
  • Attendance
  • Medical claims
  • Personnel data
  • Thai Legal and Tax assistance
  • Office Administrative Functions
  • Light reception duties
  • Management of office supplies, equipment, stationary, etc.
  • Handle courier services, general data entry
  • Clerical support
  • Participate in projects as needed


  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar function
  • Well organized, responsible person who can manage multiple tasks at once
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • University Graduate preferred but not required
