We are seeking a well-organized, site-based Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead the delivery of fast-track commercial, data centre and hotel projects in Thailand. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and our internal teams to execute projects safely, on programme, to specification, and within budget. This role is based out of our Bangkok office and project sites locally.

Established in 2010 in Singapore the business has quickly developed into one of the region’s leading building services engineering contractors. We commenced operations in Malaysia in 2019 and Thailand in 2024. We offer a range of engineering and contracting services across the commercial, retail, data centre, biotech, pharma, and hospitality sectors. 

•        Own the site delivery plan, programme, procurement look-ahead, risk register, method statements, and permits.

•        Develop and maintain the master programme (MS Project/Primavera). Lead daily/weekly coordination with main/sub-contractors, consultants, landlord, and client.

•        Drive RFIs/tech queries, close clashes, and coordinate our trade with architectural trades

•        Implement QA/QC checkpoints, inspections, and test plans; manage mock-ups and sample approvals; ensure build aligns with design intent and brand standards.

•        Enforce site safety culture and compliance (toolbox talks, RAMS, incident reporting, statutory requirements).

•        Track progress vs. budget, approve measurements, support variation/change control, and manage subcontractor claims in collaboration with QS/Commercial.

•        Plan and oversee T&C, systems integration, training, and documentation leading to practical completion and handover.

•        Provide clear reporting on safety, progress, risks, and costs; maintain professional client/consultant relationships.

•        Deliver as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties; manage defects/snags to closure within agreed SLAs.

•        Experience in a similar role within an M&E construction company. 

•        Strong understanding of M&E and architectural interfaces, sequencing, and fit-out constraints; able to read drawings/specs and drive buildability solutions.

•        Working knowledge of Thai building regulations and landlord rules.

•        Clear, structured communicator in Thai and English.

•        Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

•        Exposure to mission-critical environments (e.g., data centres) and T&C of complex MEP systems an advantage.
