Position:            Export Sales Coordinator - OEM Industries

Work location:   Bangkok

Responsibility:

Coordinate production, packaging, shipping, vessel booking, and payment processes before and after delivery.

Verify required documents for order creation and coordinate with relevant teams.

Track delivery status and customer payments; handle delivery-related issues.

Receive sales data (Purchase Orders) from the marketing team and input product details into the company system.

Review and ensure accuracy of order-related data in SAP; issue memos for corrections.

Coordinate production, packaging, shipping, vessel booking, and payment processes before and after delivery.

Communicate delivery confirmation to customers.

Gather and follow up on export documents and shipping details (e.g., container numbers, vessel info, delivery schedules).

Investigate and resolve delivery errors through negotiation and coordination with internal teams and customers.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years of experiences in manufacturing and export coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Able to work well under pressure.

Strong English skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening).

Prior experience is an advantage.

1) Work location base at Thai Union’s corporate office – SM Tower, Bangkok.
