Main Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
• Define marketing plan, marketing campaign, and promotional activities
• Develop Brand strategy/Marketing, within the marketing/promotion mix with the right resources, to meet company goals.
• Monitor, Review, and Report on all marketing activities and present findings and suggestions to Brand manager
• Manage the A&P budget and deliver marketing activity according to the strategy and objectives outlined to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Develop, coordinate and implement product marketing plans for product line
• Initiate and execute for marketing campaigns and cooperate with Marketing Communication team for key message, artwork, media plan, marketing budget and expense in order to fit with brand strategy and build brand equity
• Develop integrated marketing communications to the target customers in order to achieve marketing objective within the agreed timescale and budget
• Liaise closely with the Regional office in Hong Kong to ensure that the brand has the appropriate brand positioning and image.
Promotion Management (Sales & Marketing Activity)
• Implement all of marketing mix including product, pricing, communication, advertising, marketing campaign, distribution channel according to brand strategies and marketing plan
• Provides high level sales support for sales teams in coordination with sales and retail management
• Grow the customer base and particularly key customer segments
• Liaise with promoter supervisor overseeing 50staffs, team deployed at key retail points across the country.
• To ensure that Sales & Marketing activity are relevant to consumer
