EBK Business Development -APAC (Home based in Thailand or South East Asia)
1.This Senior position is a key role for generating brand-new business, for DidaTravel across the region. Focusing on new DMC on boarding to be supplier via Dida Ebooking Extranet System.
2.Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of DidaTravel value proposition. Develop and lead the entire supplier lifecycle strategy from it’s inception.
3.Intimate knowledge of the supplier, get insights on the information about competitor and the market with frequent catch up. A proactive approach to attending tradeshows and high-profile events.
4.Maintain and relationships with existing key suppliers in the region, in order to increase their sales and profitability. Work closely with the operation team to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
5.Act as the face-to-face key point contact for suppliers and maintain excellent relationships with them. Assisting in resolving major complaints of our suppliers and clients.
6.Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company.
1.Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
2.Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment
Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries, key 3.competitors in local market as well as global market
4..Previous experience of contracting and negotiation with suppliers
5.Excellent in English spoken and written.
6.Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural versatility and empathy
7.Passionate about customer satisfaction, with a personal commitment to organizational excellence
1.Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, B2C, as well as new business segments and models. Able to determine and select potential suppliers.
