The Advisor Academy is one of the leading international test preparation centers in Thailand. We are a home-like institution situated in the heart of Bangkok, 
Siam Square Soi 6. 

We prepare students, aged 13-20 years old, for their international exams - GED, IGCSE, IELTS, SAT, TOEFL, etc., who would like to apply for international program universities both in Thailand and abroad.

Our goal is to support our students in their academic journey towards university admission and our main duty is to help them ace their exams with confidence. 
The success of the students is our goal.

 Qualifications and traits:

  • Thai nationality (only), not over 28 years old
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology,
    Business, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Able to explain products and services to prospects accurately
  • Have a background within telecalls and customer service
  • Experienced in education industry would be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve the target
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
  • Good English language skill and have an eagerness to learn
  • Organized, creative, positive thinking, and energetic
  • Professional, proactive, outgoing, and responsible

Main Responsibilities:   

  • Help students explore different courses we offer
  • Discuss their university admission and career path to suggest the study plan
  • Work with students to handle their academic problems
  • Help students to make decisions regarding courses for their
    continued education
  • Call and provide accurate information to online leads
  • Understand the interests and needs of the leads or prospective students
  • Build trust and excellent relationship with the students and parents
  • Qualify, follow up leads, and close sale
  • Draw and manage appointments with leads (students/parents)
    to visit the institution
  • Turn leads into prospects and customers & achieve monthly
    enrollment target
  • Provide after sales service to students and parents
  • Update and report sales activities weekly in the meeting
  • Suggest ideas for new marketing campaigns
  • Come up with creative sales promotions or ideas
  • Work closely with other team members (administrative & marketing)
  • Influence students/parents to buy the products or services (courses)
  • Create price quotations and bill the customers

 

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Income at least 20,000 – 35,000 Baht per month
  • Starting salary: 16,000-20,000 Baht/month
  • 3% commission from sales revenue made
