Logistics Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and updating mutual shipping agreements among all related stakeholders.
  • Following up on advanced payments and confirming to related functions in order to start the shipment process.
  • Developing shipping instructions and submitting to exporters within due timelines.
  • Gathering, verifying, and providing shipping schedules received from exporters to National Sales Companies [NSC].
  • Generating, checking, and providing invoices, including all related shipping documents to the NSC and related functions.
  • Arranging and distributing all shipping documents to the NSC for importation within the agreed timeline.
  • Creating monthly shipment overviews consisting of exporters, NSC, production volume, ETD, ETA, and invoice numbers for tracking purposes.
  • Developing and submitting bi-monthly financial reports for payment collections.
  • Providing support to stakeholders – management, markets, plants, and internal parties.
  • Conducting various other ad-hoc requirements as requested by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a multicultural company is an asset.
  • Computer literate - MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, and Skype for Business.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Has ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural & cross-functional environment is a must.
  • Strong organization skills: able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal skills for working with team members and other related departments.
