Regional Sales Manager- Bangkok

Area of responsibilities as “Regional Sales Manager - Bangkok”:

  • Establish & cascade sales strategies in order to achieve the regional sales targets including monitoring key activation execution.
  • Utilize sales data to create an annual action plan for sales team and customers
  • Track sales on weekly basis and adjust action plan to maintain superior performance
  • Make business review with A&B customers on bi-annual basis
  • Controlling in store promotion and any supports for customer based on strategies and analysis of information, including trade expenditure for efficiency
  • Provide input to National Sales Director according to the trend, analysis and planned sales activities
  • Monitor inventory level to provide accurate responses to customers’ enquirers
  • Monitor progress of accounts receivable performance and taking corrective actions to ensure timely receipt
  • Promote and Facilitate team’s continuous development by coaching, motivating, leading and feedback, customizing individual development plan and providing opportunity to practices.
  • Sustain high engagement in sales team, and high collaboration environment across functions through work closely with other functions to resolve issues and identify ways of working that support sales associate to work efficiently and achieve the targets
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and practices

Profile of Qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
  • Good Communicable level English
  • with 3 - 5 years of team management, background of sales position
  • with more than 2 years working experience at multinational companies
  • preferably with experience in Pet food industry
  • familiar of each operation model
  • experience within a managerial position and mature thinking is the must
  • Strong people management skills with high interpersonal skill level
  • Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures
  • Excellent in sales planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent in team management to unite & lead the team to achieve predetermined/predefined target
  • Skillful in customer relationship management, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner
  • Strong logical thinking ability, deliberate question in a comprehensive, thorough manner, able to maintain balance & principle persistence
