Client Support Officer/ Senior (ERP) - 2 ตำแหน่ง

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and solve the problem of the client requested cases.
  • Communicate with client to determine cause of any problems and response to cases in a timely manner.  
  • Provide written the report case summary to the clients.
  • Create user guide to support the client requirements.
  • Available to contact with the client in any urgent cases on the weekend or holiday.
  • Able to travel to meet the client for training and support on site.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or any related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or related field. 
  • Knowledge and regular use of JavaScript, Web Application or any related skills.
  • Knowledge in NetSuite or ERP is advantage.
  • Good attitude and service mind.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.  
  • Customer oriented and a good team player.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
    Good communication skill both in Thai and English.
