Division Manager-Contract Farm

Job Purpose:


Manage livestock production operations and analyze efficiency and cost performance. Develop and monitor contract farming expansion plans to achieve targets and ensure compliance with production policies.

Drive the use of digital tools for data analysis and develop Local Staff capabilities to prepare them for future leadership roles.


Provide accurate and timely reports to supervisors, including systematic solutions to operational issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Management – Plan and manage livestock production, including Pullet, Layer Farm, Egg Grading, Contract Broiler Farms, Breeder Farms, and Egg Collection Centers to ensure efficiency and target production costs.

  • Production Cost Control – Manage production costs including feed, chicks, vaccines, labor, and farm expenses to meet targets.

  • Contract Farming Management – Review contract farming terms and conditions to ensure alignment with IB business requirements.

  • Production Standards & Compliance – Ensure compliance with livestock production policies and standards, including Pullet, Layer Farm, Egg Grading, Guarantee Broiler, BQM, Animal Health, and Biosecurity.

  • Digital & Data Management – Promote and support the use of digital tools such as IBIS, SAP, BLMS, Dashboard, and Power BI for operational analysis.

  • Supply & Production Planning – Monitor production cycles to ensure sufficient supply and quality for farmers.

  • People Development – Plan and develop Local Staff capabilities and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

  • Management Assignment – Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present them to management.


    • Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree - Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related fields

    • Minimum 15 years of direct experience Livestock production management and/or people management

    • Knowledge of livestock production, breeding, development, and livestock production technology

    • Farm management

    • Animal disease prevention and control

    • Coordination with livestock-related authorities

    • People management
