Job Summary

  • Manage day-to-day operation and support office software applications and hardware. (Handheld Barcode scanner, label printer, Barcode Printer and others IT office hardware).
  • Work continuously on a task or troubleshoot system until completion (or referral to regional support team, if appropriate)
  • Assist Business Change Manage to prepare application functional design, user acceptance testing, and system implementation for WMS and TMS system.
  • Prepare training documentation and conduct training to end user.
  • Identify the key areas of problems in the system and suggest system enhancements as per the operational needs, together with users.

 

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality, Male or Female age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science any field.
  • Good knowledge in ERP or WMS (Warehouse Management System) support.
  • Good skills in Analyze & Design, Consulting, Implementing, Supporting as per system requirement.
  • Having minimum 2 years IT experience
  • Good command of English would be an advantage
  • A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Able to travel around Bangkok and upcountry (BKK, Samutprakarn and Rayong.)
  • Must have own car with license for working.
