Service Delivery Support Engineer (Base in Petchaburi, Ratchburi)


  • Provides excellence services to make client extreme satisfy
  • Making client services back to normal operation as soon as possible by ANALYZE, TROUBLESHOOT, and DEBUG client incidents or service requests at site.
  • Takes ownership of dispatched client’s calls; troubleshoot, follow up, report client until problem is fixed
  • Managing client queries on technical problems, service and support on hardware or software systems.
  • Managing vendors or suppliers on technical problems on hardware or software escalations.
  • Ensures that incident descriptions, steps taken to analyze, and solved incidents are documented.
  • Guide clients as they implement corrections and patches.
  • Provides information to clients about possible delays in solving incidents within feedback time committed to clients.
  • Managing the client expectation on deliverable.
  • Managing the incident ticketing system and internal escalation.



  • Annual Contract
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 1 -3 years experienced IT support and Field Engineer or related field
  • Have own car, Able to drive to upcountry
  • Local staff who resident in Petchaburi, Ratchburi or Nearby province will be an advantage
  • Excellent in TCP/IP knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Cisco products (Switching, Routing, Security, WLAN,), F5 Load balancer, Proxy, Checkpoint, NetScreen, Palo Alto.
  • Knowledge hunger
  • Able to work with the complete system environment, multiple technology integration, multi-vendors
  • Good command in writing and speaking English
  • Good interpersonal skill and service mind
  • Excellent working with clients and cooperating with colleagues
  • Possess good problem solving and communication skills
  • High commitment, Hardworking, devoted, adaptable, cooperative, and Well organized
  • Able to work under the client stress environment.
  • Positive and creative to continue development the personal skill.
  • To be a Punctual and Effective manner.
  • Cisco system CCNA certified as the advantage/preferred, or multiple vendor certification will be advantage
