SALARY:  Starting from TH฿415,650 per annum

WORK HOURS:  40 hours per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:

Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Supervisory Regional Human Resources Officer, the RHR Office’s Timekeeper; and performs the full range of administrative office management support to the Regional Human Resources (RHR) Office and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Education:  Completion of college or university studies (At least two years of full time, post-secondary study at college or university) is required  
  • Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in secretarial and/or administrative experience in an English-language office environment is required.      
  • Language: Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing Thai is required.  Level III (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. A copy of valid TOEIC score of at least 600 is required with your application (this may be tested.)        
  • Skills: 
    • Must be able to operate and understand features of office productivity software (e.g. MS Office), and operation of office automation equipment (e.g. digital senders, personal computers, copiers, printers, scanners, etc.) 
    • Must possess a high degree of tact, courtesy, poise, alertness and good judgment in dealing with all levels (junior, mid-level, senior, and executive) and the public. 
    • Must be able to manage the administrative aspects (including, but not limited to Time and Attendance, Office Automation equipment maintenance, filing system procedures, advisor on official travel for the section, conference room & meeting scheduling, etc.) for the entire RHR section. 
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of general office procedures is required.
