Sales & Marketing Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute sales and marketing strategies across multiple channels:

    • In-store sales (showrooms across Thailand)

    • Online sales through live streaming (including evening/night shifts when required)

    • E-commerce/marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)

    • B2B sales partnerships with modern trade retailers and dealers (e.g. Index Living Mall, HomePro, and other retail partners across Thailand)

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events

  • Analyze sales performance and customer data to provide insights and improvement ideas

  • Work closely with the management team on growth initiatives and expansion projects

  • Train and coach future sales team members by sharing best practices and sales skills

  • Support store operations when required, including weekend shifts (with weekday days off in return)

  • Lead commercial negotiations with business partners, including product selection, specifications, pricing, commercial terms, contracts, promotional support, and annual business agreements

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Logistics, Accounting, Customer Service, Production, and Operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, documentation, invoicing, deliveries, and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities and expanding Future Living's retail and wholesale network
