Marketing Coordinator

Job Function/Purpose

To synergy marketing stuffs to customers through professional preparation timely. Engaging to sales field and marketing activities to grow business. Conduct marketing research to explore business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Work closely and support marketing guidance to customers to meet brand’s standard and requirements.
  • Scheduled regular retail and multi-brand stores visit to ensure all displays are met the company's guideline.
  • Accurately and efficiently preparing invoices by each shipment in time to in-line with credit term granted.
  • Perform sales & marketing support role for SNS with customers in order to enhance brand image and reputation to achieve business KPIs.
  • Handle customer enquiries. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Carry out all administrative functions within the customer service role, assuring both accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain accurate records; be able to provide the requested documents to auditors or relevant parties.
  • Effectively collaborate as a team to enhance relationship with current customers and seek opportunity to any other potential market.
  • Conduct marketing activities which drive the growth of business.
  • Prepare assigned reports on regular basis.
  • Handle any ad hoc project as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Degrees: Bachelor’s degree
  • Age : 24 years old above.
  • Special Skills: Decision making skill, Interpersonal & Communication skills (written, listening, verbal), demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill, ability to handle business interpersonal relationships, identify customer expectations, avoid miss understandings and deal effectively in a multicultural environment, handling multiple priorities / tasks of Sales and Marketing area.
  • Language: Fluent Thai and Good English.
  • Years of experience:  2-3 years in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Support with at least 1 year in working in multinational environment dealing with cross border shipments into Thailand to support Thailand customers. Background from Retail business and/or Apparel industry will be an advantage.

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Well organized. Proven successful experience in a job with high demands for attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Understanding / Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Has the ability to work with a limit direct supervision to identify potential problems and initiate actions to eliminate or minimize their impact on fulfilling customer needs
  • Moderate level of English-speaking skill, Very Good level of English reading and writing skill (e.g. can communicate effectively via email)
  • Fluent Thai language capability in reading, writing and speaking Thai
  • Demonstrate ability to be a proactive member of an extended team of people inside and outside of the company with shared responsibilities for common business objectives
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook). Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Ability to deal with customers and other stakeholders in the supply chain effectively
  • SNS aptitude to promote brands and marketing activities through digital format.
  • Previous exposure to the retail apparel is a plus.
