Senior IT Support
Job Duties:
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including technical support for the Bangkok and Myanmar offices.
  • Helping set up offsite presentation workstations as needed (hotel venues, courtrooms).
  • Taking care of all IT matters and new staff account creation on local AD and Microsoft O365.
  • Developing small web applications based on users’ needs (Node.js, React.js).
  • Approving vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and any outsourcing, and, maintaining existing vendor partnerships and developing new vendor partnerships.
  • Finding multiple ways to improve user's processes to be more efficient.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an IT supervisory role.
  • Strong IT skills, including extensive knowledge of contemporary Microsoft and networking technologies.
  • Experience with Lenovo, HPE, and IBM hardware, and storage systems.
  • A strong infrastructure background.
  • Hands-on experience supporting desktop and productivity tools.
  • A professional IT certification such as the MCSE, CCNA, or CISSP will be an advantage.
  • Coding/scripting using SQL, HTML, PowerShell, C++, Visual Studio will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Interpersonal, organisational, leadership, and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to prepare quality documentation, reports, and training materials.
