  • Nationality Thai or Foreigner
  • Excellent Communication in English TOEIC 750 up
  • Must be able to talk in Thai fluently with any level in the organization (Operator to Management)

Job description and responsibilities

1 CUSTOMER FOCUS: In charge by Product quality engineer, Process quality engineer, E&M quality engineer, NPI Quality engineer and Quality Manager.

  • To monitor customer feedback.
  • To set up KPI to measure on product quality with customer…..KPI is product return from customer.
  • To monitor customer complaint.
  • To monitor and analyze product return.
  • To formulate the action plan to improve product quality to customer.
  • To set up the process control and process audit to make sure the conformity of the process.
  • To drive customer BSC…...KPI is customer BSC

2 QUALITY PLANNING: In charge by Quality Manager

  • To make sure the quality control plan is implementation….KPI is audit result
  • To set up the quality control plan, this is adequacy to control process and product to meet specification.

3 CERTIFICATION OF INSPECTOR:  In charge by Product and E&M engineer

  • To assign the inspector ID code and share to production team.
  • To make sure the certification program has been implemented according to the flow including re certify period every 4 months has been respected from inspectors….KPI is Zero inspector skip 4 months certify.
  • The results of each inspector performance have to be shared….KPI is weekly report of inspector performance result.
  • Improving of inspector performance has to be action as plan….KPI is result / trend of inspectors.
  • Put the recognition system and identification in place…..KPI is visual control to identify of certified inspector in place.

4 VALIDATION PROCESS & PRODUCT: In charge by NPI quality engineer

  • To lead the team during the validation of process and products including material to ensure that they are in good condition and stable trend before release to production...KPI is product conformance KPI before release to production.
  • Ensure that the documents relevant to the process, product and material are define correctly.
  • To ensure that the people get train.
  • To ensure that all inspectors are certified by cosmetic training center before inspection the product.
  • To control and follow up the change request….KPI is 100% of the change have to be validation and monitor before implement.

5 PRODUCT COMPLIANCE:  In charge by quality manager.

  • Manage related audits and ensure compliance to government.
  • To make sure the compliance is under Essilor’s corporation regulation.
  • To make sure the standard of product compliance is maintain and follow.……KPI is no claim from the market on compliance related.

 6 QMS put in place and conformity: In charge by product quality engineer and quality manager.

  • To maintain and upgrade the QMS program to be updated and in line with Essilor’s group policy and customer requirements…...KPI is the QMS programs are in process as plan such as internal audit, surveillance audit etc.
  • To make sure the internal auditors are certified.
  • Fully support to internal auditors to be successful while conduct the internal audit.
  • To report the QMS status to top management including action plan....KPI is management review conducting as plan.

7 ASSESSMENT: In charge by quality manager.

  • Ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
  • Assess product specifications of the company and compare with customer requirements….KPI is new product/process much have specification before open flow.

8 ANALYSIS: In charge by All quality engineer

  • Coordinate with production department and related sections in the resolution of quality problems…....KPI is achievement of fire fighting case. (no problem recurrence)
  • Analyzing these problems for continuous improvement. Ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.

9 Other :

  • COMPLIANCE :  Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • EHS : Commit to plant safety policies and procedures
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT : development and implement employee on boarding and plan training.
  • COMMUNICATION : Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive your LIFE & Simplifeye programs & Kaizen
  • ESSILOR MISSION : Participate actively to Essilor Mission activities & Encourage all the members of your team to be an excellent contributor
  • BUDGET of the Manager department : Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget. Analyse variances to Recommend cost-reducing solutions and participate.
