Warehouse Manager - Samutsakorn (up to 100k)

Our client is the US global manufacturer of home contruction and adhesive products. (US company)

Workday: Mon - Fri

Scope of work: Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory Management, Manage the inventory of finished goods by establishing and monitoring with systematic and effective inventory control in order to reduce ageing stock and maintain the stock accuracy.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the inventory of finished goods by establishing and monitoring with systematic and effective inventory control in order to reduce ageing stock and maintain the stock accuracy.
  • Manage the storage space by storage and handling with the good warehouse handling practices to able to achieve good utilization and avoid product expired on stock.
  • Responsible to develop all sub-ordinates by providing training, coaching and motivating them to able to work toward and achieve the department’s objectives.
  • Implement and strictly maintain the standard safety by monitoring the routine operations and daily using the appropriate safety equipment to ensure the safe working environment.
  • Monitor the daily operations by monitoring through daily report in order to provide the accurate preparation time and goods quantity as customer need.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 8 years’ in logistic and warehouse management with at least 3 years in Management Level.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting (Profit & Loss)
  • Good judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom line.
  • Ability to think strategically, good communication skills, good presentation skills, proven track record in delivering results.
  • Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration
  • Good English &  interpersonal skill
  • Good in generating report by using Microsoft office.
