HR Director
Responsibilities:
  • Working as HR Manager to plan HR Strategies: Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, HRD, organization development, training roadmap and development program, career path, succession planning, talent management including employee relations and all necessary fields under company policies.
  • Being responsible for developing and planning existing or new HR systems and processes to support business direction and process.
  • Ensuring that HR strategies comply with the company by controlling and developing operation to achieve the HR plan.
  • Monitoring and developing HR Team.
  • Performing other related jobs in the field of HR Development as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Male or Female, Age between 38 – 47 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Management or other related fields.
  • Experienced in Human Resource Management; recruitment, compensation, training and development, labour relations, welfare workers for over 10 years.
  • Knowledge about labour standards and qualities.
  • Ability to communicate well in English.
  • Experienced HR in the big company or related industries.
  • Personality and human relations.
  • Mature and has leadership skills and highly responsible.
