Define product specifications based on market requirements and customer needs.

Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate prototype development, testing, and product launch activities.

Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and reliability.

Lead Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) initiatives.

Improve product efficiency, durability, and manufacturability.

Reduce material and production costs while maintaining product quality.

Research emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends.

Develop technology roadmaps for future products.

Introduce innovative solutions to improve product competitiveness.

Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and technical institutions.

Oversee product testing, validation, and certification activities.

Ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, TISI, Energy Efficiency, and applicable international standards.

Support quality improvement and root cause analysis activities.

Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

Provide technical support for customers and business development activities.

Participate in customer visits and technical presentations when required.

Lead, coach, and develop R&D engineers and technical staff.

Establish competency development plans for the team.

Manage performance, succession planning, and talent development.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in R&D, Product Engineering, or Product Development.

At least 3-5 years of managerial experience leading engineering teams.

Experience in electric motor, water pump, fan, appliance, or industrial manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of product design, testing, validation, and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with IEC, ISO, Energy Efficiency Standards, and industrial product certifications.

Strong project management and leadership skills.
