Costumer Service Officer

Job description

1. Coordinate internal and external procedure

2. Representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products

3. Run Track report to manager

4. Complete any administrative duties as required during and following each delivered service

5. Keep management informed on issues and problems

 

Qualification 

1. Excellent communication skills in English - Thai. Especially, strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

2. Working knowledge of MS Office

3. Female age 25 years old or above

4. Bachelor degree required

4. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

5. Ability to work under pressure
