Internal Communications (AVP– FAVP Level)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Translate Krungsri business strategies and brand culture into creative internal communications campaigns to engage and promote them to Krungsri people
  • Plan, execute and deliver the successful activations of all projects both initiated by the department and other functions by working closely with the in-house team and/ or external agencies with clear measurement and report of the success.
  • Work hand in hand with Human Resources, Innovations, Branch Communications, Corporate Strategy & Planning, Subsidiaries’ Communications team and CX colleagues to develop and execute a winning culture engagement programs and/ or events to drive awareness, adoption and deep understanding of Krungsri – the brand
  • Lead the content and design development and the effectiveness of company’s intranet, applications, VDO channel and other new channels as assigned under the context of internal communications which includes the regular reporting and analysis of data and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and corporate marketing events departments in order to leverage Krungsri marketing activities internally.
  • Work closely with AVP, Internal Communications Content and Manager, Internal Graphic Design in executing all above areas of responsibilities
  • Take ownership of internal communications process improvements together with VP, Internal Communications and the team including the conducting of survey, data analysis and able to convert that into an action plan.
  • Oversee overall project administration including but not limited to budget management, coordination, procurement and purchasing processes and documentation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business and Finance, Economics (or any area relating to banking business)
  • A minimum of 12 years of working experience in internal communications and/ or communications with at least 5 years in middle management position and above.
  • Direct experience in banking/financial business is highly advantageous
  • Good command of Thai and English (speaking, writing, reading, a speech writing skills a must)
  • Good personality, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning skill
  • Excellent time management and able to work under multiple deadlines
  • Business acumen skill
